HOW TO USE SUPER CLEAN.
Cleaning procedures for injection molding machines and extruders. Reference dosage tables below — adjust based on your specific resin and the level of contamination.
Injection Molding
Purge any remaining plastics from the cylinder.
Throw Super Clean into the hopper and rotate the screw at minimum back pressure.
Purge at high speed (5–10 shots).
Purge Super Clean continuously from the nozzle.
Add the succeeding resin and purge until the preceding resin is no longer visible.
Extruder
Purge any remaining plastics from the cylinder.
Throw Super Clean into the hopper.
Set the cylinder at the processing temperature.
Extrude Super Clean according to machine size (refer to the table) until Super Clean is no longer visible.
